Inclusive Education
Our Courses utilize audio, video and imagery to make content accessible across literacy levels. Survivors can learn through practicing an instrument, following a photo tutorial or listening to recordings in local dialects. Arts activities reduce cognitive load. By directly involving survivors in artistic creation, education becomes active rather than passive. New knowledge integrates with therapeutic creative engagement. Structured courses nurture artistic talent and build confidence.
We continually refine course design based on survivor feedback and local partner input. The arts empower survivors to take ownership of their education and healing journey. ARTS EDUCATION:
Our adaptive arts curriculum provides diverse pathways to healing, skills development and empowerment based on each survivor's interests. Photography, music, dance, fashion design, painting, creative writing and more reawaken passion and talents. Courses build both artistic and technical abilities while processing trauma and nurturing self-expression. Arts engagement enriches lives holistically.
CREATIVE BUSINESS SKILLS:
Comprehensive business training empowers survivors to turn their artistic gifts into sustainable livelihoods. The entrepreneurship curriculum covers business planning, financial management, marketing, product development, branding, online sales, operations and more. Classes provide the practical knowledge to successfully launch companies centred on their unique creative strengths.
TAILORED GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS:
We provide dedicated coaching and mentorship to help survivors secure educational scholarships, microgrants and funding for creative projects. Grant writing assistance equips them to compellingly present concepts when applying. Our advisors guide survivors in setting business goals and milestones. Funding removes financial barriers to vocational training, college access and launching their ventures.
